Walker was rescued from a critical situation as a puppy at Sumter Humane Society. Of his litter of nine, he was the only survivor after battling maggot infestation that cost him an eye. After recovering, Walker found a loving home in Maine and has since been featured at events and by PetSmart Charities and AWS Strut Your Mutt promotions.
